Cake Decorating and Edible Gifts Course

Only a few places left on the Cake Decorating and Edible Gifts Course which will take place this Saturday 27 November form 10.30 until 4.30. €100 including lunch.

Cake Decorating and Edible Gifts – a one-day demonstration course which includes decorating a traditional Christmas cake, a miniature Christmas cake as a gift and a lucious chocolate cake with Belgain chocolate wrap. Also chocolate truffles, cookies as gifts and as tree decorations and how to package these. Ali@ Milis, the course leader, has suplied Barnabrow ‘s weddings with truly beacutiful wedding cakes over the years. Course starts at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday 27 November. €100 including lunch.

The Chef’s Table – Corks only One-Table restaurant – ideal Christmas party for small groups of 10 – 15 people. Come to the family kitchen in the Main House and watch our chef prepare your five-course dinner. Then dine in Georgian elegance in a private dining room.

€60 per person 2 Series of cookery course will begin in November. On Tuesday nights beginning on 9 Novemebr for 5 weeks. Each week is themed ranging from Spanish, to Asian to Comfort food Cost per course Euro 200.

Full day Saturday courses begin on 6 November on Christmas Cookery. Cost Euro 100 and includes lunch.

Men Only Cookery Course on 20 November.
