We at Barnabrow Country House and the Trinity Rooms Restaurant, are committed to a policy of using the finest ingredients, which are sourced locally. We use the organic produce from our walled garden as far as possible. All the breads are made daily on the premises.

We are not sparing on quality. Where our recipes call for butter or cream we use the real thing. Family butchers who have tended to their own animals over generations and are committed to humane animal husbandry, supply our meat.

The head chef, Gary Masterson,is a highly trained and motivated person who would love to talk food with you all day long.

Carrot and parsnip soup.

Home grown tomato salad, mini mozzarella balls, basil balsamic syrup and extra virgin olive oil.
