What is your favourite part of working with Barnabrow? It’s a small run family business, so it feels intimate and we have a lovely friendly team, I also only live 5 mins away  

What is your favourite dish at Barnabrow? The Clonakility Black pudding Salad  

What is your favourite thing to do outside Work? In the summer go to the beach and in winter walk in the woods, East Cork has everything on our doorstep

Are you a local to East Cork? No, I am originally from Ballinlough in Cork, I met my husband Roger and moved to East cork with him, he has a local woodwork business and we now have two little girls. I love the area.  

Have you worked with Bride and grooms  before? I had some experience with wedding sales before Barnabrow, but my main are of expertise was legal. But I can turn my hand to anything and love the differences each day brings with Barnabrow House.  

What is your guilty pleasure? Spa Days  

What is your favourite film? Some like it hot  

Give me three words to describe your role Great responsibility, as it such an important day to our brides and grooms Team player, there are so many cogs going at the same time to ensure everything works perfect Challenging, every wedding is unique so we are kept on our toes
