How long have you worked at Barnabrow ? Nearly 5 years  

What sets Barnabrow apart from other wedding venues? One word, Geraldine !!  

What is your favourite part of working with Barnabrow? It has to be watching a Bride enjoy her big day that she has prepared for so well, and knowing I had been part of that in a small but important way

What is your favourite dish at Barnabrow? Hands down the melt in your mouth Roast Sirloin of O’Connell’s Beef with a Ragu of Ballyhoura Mushrooms and Confit Shallots, Red Wine Jus

What is your favourite thing to do outside work? I do like to keep my garden in order so I spend part of each day pottering outside  

Are you a local to East Cork? Yes, I live 5 mins from Barnabrow, at Loughaderra Lake  

Have you worked in hospitality before? I worked 17 years in Aer Lingus  

What is your guilty pleasure? Everyone has more than one, so 2 of mine are Kir Royal and diamonds  

What is your favourite film? 4 wedding’s and a funeral or any Jane Austen movie  

Give me three words to describe your role – Organised,  Observant and  Friendly  

Do you have a social media account and which platform? I am a huge instagram fan, I also go on Pinterest for “5” minutes and end up flicking for much longer than I should, facebook too !!  

What would you love to see for Barnabrow? A famous Bride and groom to arrive with the paparazzi and TV cameras…..then the world could see our little piece of heaven in east cork
